Derelict

In the inaugural year of The Pitch, Simeon Lumgair took inspiration from the book of Philemon for this dystopian adventure, set in a futuristic London.

It's 2025 and the Water Wars ravage Europe. A notorious prisoner of war is on the run, pursued by trained killers. Cornered, he takes an old man hostage in a last ditch attempt at freedom.

Derelict is based on the book of Philemon, a runaway slave who the Evangelist Paul persuaded to return to his master, not to be a slave but to work with him.
